Reformer 1

Reformer 1 class is a blend of classical and contemporary Pilates. In this class we will build strength and control while we work on mastering the foundations of Pilates.

Reformer 2

Reformer 2 builds on the foundations to challenge students wanting to take their Pilates practice to the next level. Movements will require more control, balance, and a basic understanding of the reformer.

Express Reformer

Short on time? Try the Express Reformer class; it’s a half-hour mixed-level Reformer class. Get a full-body workout in a fraction of the time.

Cardio Reformer

Cardio Reformer is a high intensity low impact workout. Using the jump board we will move through all planes of motion to raise your heart rate and get the sweat pouring!
